  • What vaccinations does my pet need?
All dogs must be current on their vaccines. This includes their Rabies, Parvo(DHLPP) and Bordetella vaccines.
  • Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing your own food in gallon size Ziploc bags and any medications your pet might need. You may also bring their bed and a toy for their room to help them feel more at home. * If you do not bring food from home we can provide food free of charge, but be aware that suddenly changing a dog's diet can often cause them to get sick.

  • Can I bring my dog if they are not spayed or neutered?
Unaltered dogs may be boarded, but are not allowed in daycare if they are over 6 months old. Unaltered dogs are given a minimum of three potty breaks per day to go to the bathroom and stretch their legs.
  • Can I board my dog if she is pregnant?
We don't allow boarding dogs that are over a month into their pregnancy for the safety of the mom and the puppies.
  • Can I board my aggressive dog at Doggy Dojo?
At Doggy Dojo our primary concern is for the safety of your dog as well as our staff. If your dog has proven to be dangerous to people we can not allow them at Doggy Dojo. If your dog is aggressive to other dogs we will do our best to accommodate them, but if they have ever seriously injured another dog we can not allow them at Doggy Dojo.
  • Can I board my puppy?
Puppies must have all three rounds of their initial immunizations before coming for boarding or doggy daycare. Puppies older than 6 months must be spayed or neutered before coming to daycare.
  • Do you board cats?
Yes! Our cat condos provide a safe and comfortable space for your cat while you are away. Each cat condo consists of an eating area, bathroom and lounging area. Cat boarding includes meals served, medication administered and a bedtime treat.
  • Will my dog be locked up all day?
We include four to eight hours of daycare time every day to all our boarded dogs as long as they meet our daycare requirements. That means, as long as your pups is spayed or neutered and gets along with other dogs, they should spend most of their day playing in our large daycare areas with other guests and our staff. Dogs who don't meet the requirements get a minimum of three potty/play times in a separate outdoor run daily.
  • How can I check on my pups while they are staying at Doggy Dojo?
Report cards are sent out at the end of each day with pictures of your pups and notes on how they are doing. You can also access our daycare cameras through our customer portal to check on your pups throughout the day.
  • Can my dogs stay together?
Yes! We have different size rooms for different size dogs and siblings who want to stay together.
  • Do you offer delivery services?
We offer free pickups and drop-offs at our bus stop in the Arcadia parking lot at 8:00am and 5:00pm respectively, or we can deliver to your address for a fee. See our service area on the map to see if we offer delivery service to your address.
